What we’re about
Do you sometimes struggle with confidence or self-esteem? Do you feel that there are things holding you back in life, preventing you from achieving what you want? Do you want to break out of your shell and communicate more effectively with others? Do you want to improve your communication skills to a higher level?
Our meetings will provide an opportunity for our group members to connect with and help each other and to learn tools for personal development. During the meetups group members will learn self-improvement information and tools to help overcome blocks to self-confidence and communication.
In this group we will learn about what is holding a person back, while giving workable techniques to help you. Some of the topics we will go over include:
-Overcome barriers to self confidence
-Create stronger relationships with others
Take control of your life to become a more confident, happier you!
