Increase the Peace is the possibility for everyone to experience increased peace and happiness through meditative practices.
Any practice that facilitates us becoming fully present in the now moment, is a meditative practice.
Yoga, breathing exercises, sitting meditation and moving mediation like Thai Chi or Qi Gong, are all examples of meditative practices. Increase the peace is not affiliated with any philosophy or religion. Increase the Peace is simply the possibility for everyone to experience increased peace and happiness through meditative practices.
