Dublin Independent Movie Lovers Group: Sinners & Barton Fink

Hi, All Independent Movie Lovers

You are invited meet at 7 pm, on Friday the 23rd of May. This meeting is at the Café on the ground floor of the Light House Cinema, Smithfield Square, Dublin.
We will discuss the film:
Sinners (2025), directed by Ryan Coogler. Ryan Coogler directed the critically acclaimed Fruitvale (2013), and has directed several critically and commercially successful movies since, including Black Panther (2018).
We will also discuss:
Barton Fink (1991), directed by the Coen brothers, Joel and Ethan Coen. Barton Fink won the Palme d'Or at Cannes in 1991. Barton Fink was a commercial disappointment on release, but has gained reputation since.

We will watch the movies independently, and meet for discussion on Friday the 23rd of May, at 7 pm, at the Café on the ground floor of the Light House Cinema, Smithfield Square.

Sinners will be showing at most Dublin cinemas until Thursday the 15th of May.
