World Cinema @ DCU: Megalopolis (United States, 2024)

We're back after the summer hiatus with Megalopolis (2024) by Francis Ford Coppola of Godfather fame. This is a film that has been a passion project some 30 years in the making and probably the director's last film, and a controversial one to say the least. This film will be screened in English with English subtitles.

Where: The LanguaCulture Space: GLA.C135 (Dublin City University's Glasnevin campus, Henry Grattan building, first floor)
When: Friday 26th of September @ 5:40 pm (the film will start around 6:00 pm)
Film duration: 138 minutes
Admission: FREE - open to everyone

World Cinema @ DCU is a weekly film club open to all cinema enthusiasts. Screened films are expected to have cultural depth, i.e. they have something to say about where they were made. This is a free screening followed by an engaging discussion. Tea, coffee and snacks will be available, but feel free to bring your own!
