This is a group I am forming to connect people who are independent in nature and are interested in using any method - statistical, epistemological, mathematical, machine learning, quantitative, news, etc., in order to get the best security outcomes possible.
As my research line has been getting progressively more advanced, I have found myself more and more isolated. I am sure that this resonates with others and is a common issue - as such I am making an online meetup group for connection of all of such people.
This is a freeform group, anyone is welcome, whether you are a trader, work in finance professionally, own a fund, are new to quant finance, etc., really anyone is welcome to connect.
