Former description of the group
The Independent Short Film Making (ISFM) meetup group started in San Francisco in 2012 and is now spreading out in different cities. We make short films. ISMF organizes the production of independent short films through meetup by a unique procedure that allows anyone (with experience in film or not) to participate in the building of a short film. It starts with a group brainstorming around a choose theme. Feel free to join us for many good reasons: to practice your skills (writing, acting, directing, filming, editing, sound, CG ...), to try new skills, to network, to get credited on short-films, and the most important: to have a great creative time with like-minded people!
