Indestructible Men

This group is for men who want to become the best version of themselves, learning and sharing healthy masculinity for the 21st century to improve their health, wealth and relationships by becoming psychologically and emotionally indestructible.

It's for men who are committed to personal development and to not accepting anything less than the best for themselves and for the people around them.

The 21st century Indestructible Man does not buy into some outdated idea of masculinity. He is emotionally mature - learning how to feel and process his emotions rather than suppressing and repressing them. He is a calm, assertive leader in his own life and he plays an active role in making the lives of the people around him better.

He is like an old oak tree, with deep roots and a solid trunk that mean whatever life throws at him he is able to stay strong and withstand the storms that come his way by acknowledging and accepting them before handling them with peace, strength and maturity.

By being committed to becoming the best version of himself, the Indestructible Man makes the world a better place.

I will lead the group by sharing the things I've learned that have transformed my life and allowed me to become an Indestructible Man, and we will use it as a place to share the challenges we face and to support each other in becoming the men we want to be.

It is a place for like-minded men to come together to create a vibrant and supportive community, from which we can organically grow and create whatever we want to create, whether that's events to do together, adventures to go on or anything else.

It's a collaborative space and everyone's thoughts and ideas are welcome, and we will hold each other to a high standard of behaviour and conduct.

Importantly, this is not a place for anyone who just wants to complain about life and blame the world for his problems. Anyone who brings a negative attitude will be asked to leave in the best interests of the group.
