2. Event date and Time : 16th Dec 2023, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
3. Event Venue : Skyview cafeteria, CGI ISMC Pvt Ltd, 15th floor, North wing & South wing part, Skyview 20, Skyview Cafeteria, Sy.no. 83/1, Raidurgam, Hyderabad, 500018
4. AV Setup : TV screen of cafeteria to be used for presentation, Cordless microphone, amplifier, speakers
5. Seating arrangement : 100 chairs in theatre style, no stage setup
6. Entry protocol: External participants will receive invite from MS community powered by Meetup. List of participants will be shared with Admin team, 01 security guard and 01 volunteer will be deployed at entry gate of Building 20 for checking invitees credentials
7. Invitees vehicle parking at CGI Parking area (availability : 69 car parking and 100 2W parking)
8. CGI Temporary ID card to be given at CGI reception to all participants
9. Arrangement of 02 times tea/coffee & snacks and Buffet Lunch (Veg/non-Veg) at cafeteria
10. Lunch arrangement for leaders at EDR/Amruthadhara
11. GWNET credentials to be arranged for Speakers by ISIT
12. All Attendees must carry ID proof to showcase during security checks at entry gates and reception, if required.
