This is a platform for individuals to connect and share best practices in the domain of Service Assurance.
Service Assurance is a very niche field which makes it even more pertinent for the persons currently involved in such areas to share valuable information with their peers. This is an ideal group for engineers who want to benefit from the experiences of professionals currently engaged in Performance Management, Fault Management, and other related fields.
Apart from the general discussions, there will be knowledge sharing sessions organised on various OSS product suites like Tivoli Netcool, BMC Remedy, HP Openview, OSI NetExpert, NetCracker, etc. for the all-around enhancement of the skill-sets of the members.
Depending on the participation, meetups will be organised on a bimonthly basis wherein the members will get to contribute to the advancement of the Telecom Service Assurance professionals’ community. Members would be expected to facilitate this improvement by sharing their understandings based on involvements in projects, expertise of different products, insights and opinions/ thoughts on the Telecom OSS sphere.
This group will endeavor to reach a critical mass that would help to sustain this initiative and provide a valued asset base to the Telecom OSS industry in the process.
