Ready to trade the pavement for some forest trails? We’re heading into the heart of DC to tackle the Western Ridge & Valley Trail Loop. It’s the perfect moderate hike to get the heart rate up before we refuel with some Mediterranean goodness.

📍 The Game Plan
The Hike: We’ll meet at 8:00 AM to start the loop. It’s a beautiful 6.3km (3.9 mile) trail with enough elevation to feel like a workout, but plenty of scenery to keep it social.

The Lunch: Post-hike, we’re heading over to North Italia for some well-earned recovery food!
