January OpenStack Meetup 2018

New Year 2018 is already arrived, Let's meet together to learn more about OpenStack and experiments we are doing around it.

Please reach the venue on time.

Below are the instructions from entering to parking,

1. At the entrance gate, participants have to register with security. They have to inform the purpose as “MEETUP at RADISYS”
2. Radisys has allotted its basement parking area for the meetup participants.
3. Radisys provides both two wheeler and four wheeler parking for all the participants.

Generally techpark charges for parking outside and also wrong parking invites fine. So they are advised to park only in our parking slot.
· Here is the entrance to the basement parking - Google Maps
· Once inside the basement parking, they have to go ~100meters straight
· Then right and left again. This follows a path i.e they can find it easy.
· Our parking is exactly to the left side of WING B BASEMENT LIFT. Radisys boards will be hanging there for easy identification.The person in charge of the parking has been informed i.e. their help could be availed.
4. After parking, participants could take the nearby WING B BASEMENT LIFT to 6th floor where they could find Radisys reception.
5. All participant IDs are checked with registration list (as Maruti told, carrying any ID proof i.e. incl company id card is enough). Those who are not registered and in-waiting list can also come but they will be allowed only if there are places available i.e. footfall of registered members are less. If there are no places then unfortunately they can’t be allowed inside.
