We meet at the east side of Belleair Bridge, at the shopping center where Panera Bread is located at 7pm. Jiri leads us in speed work consisting of fast paced increment runs up and down the bridge. It's a good workout if you are trying to pick up your race pace - all levels and speeds are welcome. Come check it out!
