Welcome to the Indy Geek Club!
This group is designed specifically to give members the capability to schedule their own events. Whether you're into movies, board games, comic books, tech, whatever, this is your place to create your OWN events and get together folks with the same interest!
Note: Upon joining, you will be given "event organizer" status. There is no requirement or expectation for members to create events if they don't wish to do so. However it is my hope that by giving many people the opportunity to do so, many people will want to begin organizing their own events. It is my hope that, drawing upon a large existing member base, this group can serve as a cross-meetup, easily accessible space for folks to put together activities without having to take on the responsibility or the expectation of scheduling regularly. <br>
However, private venues (homes) are not permitted to be used unless I have met you and given the OK to do so. <br>
This is an experiment of sorts so I will be interested in hearing feedback! Have fun & enjoy YOUR Indy Geek Club! <br>
