Sangam First Gathering | An Open Conversation for Indian Students
Details
This first Sangam gathering is simple.
~ No agenda.
~ No pressure.
~ No expectations.
Just a few of us coming together at a café, sitting with a drink and having an open, honest conversation.
This is a space to slow down and check in.
How are you really doing?
How has life in Canada been lately?
What has been on your mind recently?
What has been challenging?
What has been settling?
What has been okay?
You can share as much or as little as you want.
You can speak, listen, or just be there.
I will also share a bit about why Sangam is being created, what inspired it, and the intention behind building a space that feels like a home away from home for Indian students in Toronto, where we can support each other and receive the support we need right now.
There will be a short, optional questionnaire you can complete during or after the meetup. Nothing intense, just a gentle way for us to better understand what kind of support would feel most helpful to you right now, so this group grows with care and intention.

### This gathering is for you if
Are you an Indian student in Toronto, new or not-so-new?
You have been adjusting, feeling unsure, or just finding your footing.
You would appreciate real conversation and community.
Or you simply want to meet people who understand this journey.
Come as you are.
No pressure to explain yourself.
Just real connection at your own pace.
This first meetup is about listening, meeting each other, and beginning to shape Sangam together.
