5k run

Hi all,

It's been quite sometime since our last run.

Let's do a 5k run this Thursday morning at 6:30 AM.

We will meet outside the Defence Colony park on the 3rd main road.

Begin with a short warm up.

Take the route as mentioned in the image (2 laps).

End at the park and cool down.
