On May Day, people across the country are taking part in a national economic day of action to show that everyday people have power when we act together.
This is about more than showing up. It is about showing our collective strength, our values, and our commitment to protecting our communities.
Not everyone can participate in the same way, and that is okay. Do what you can:
🚶 Attend a local May Day event
🏫 Skip school or stage a walkout, if you are able
🛒 Avoid shopping for the day
💬 Talk with friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors about why this matters
💪 Take action in the way that makes sense for your life and circumstances
Then drop in for First Friday Happy Hour at Moonshot Brewery and share how your day went! Come connect, decompress, and spend time with community in a relaxed and welcoming space.
Every action matters. Every voice matters. Every choice to participate helps build the power we need for what comes next.
