Resurrecting the meadow - plant walk

For this month's walk, we will be leaving the forest behind and venturing into the meadow. Here, we will explore the various medicinal and edible species commonly found in open fields throughout the state. We will also discuss the ecological values of these habitats and investigate some of the bird, pollinator, and other insect species that call the meadow home.

Be advised that we will be in an open field for much of the walk. Sunscreen and parasols are encouraged!
