Today architecting software is like a visit to the supermarket. You can select different kinds of products/services at a different price. During the development phase, everything works fine. After the release what can go wrong? Probably you need to tune a bit a cloud environment. Adjust is to real traffic and wait for a happy customer. But then the end of the month comes and together with that invoice for the cloud environment. During my talk, I would like to show you techniques that can reduce cloud cost. I will talk about the risk of those actions and try to show you some solutions that will not impact application performance. And finally, try to find the place where together with cost optimisation we will improve application performance.
