Welcome to the Indy chapter of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation Patient Support Group!
We welcome:
- Patients with Crohn's disease, colitis or other similar digestive illnesses
- Friends, family members & caregivers of patients are welcome at all meetings
- Pediatric patients are welcome to attend with a parent/caregiver
