6th Annual Spring Fling at Brown County Inn

Please join us for our 6th Annual Spring Fling. This is a fun event that I believe you will enjoy.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND THIS EVENT FOR JUST ONE DAY, FOR THE EUCHRE TOURNAMENT, PLEASE SIGN UP ONLY ON THAT EVENT SO I CAN PLAN ACCORDINGLY. Thanks!!

We will arrive on Sunday about 12:30PM with Check-in at 4:00PM. I believe they will have a storage area for luggage if you don’t want to leave it in your car.

We will have our Euchre Tournament at 1:00PM and ending will depend upon how many players attend. The cost will be $10 ($5 going to the Meeting Room cost) and the remainder to cover Prizes for 1st, Lones, 2nd, 3rd, and Boobie. Remember to bring your quarters for each Euchre, with that money going to the last person to take a trick with a 9.

We will then go to Big Woods Pizza for dinner, and then possibly play more games when we return.

On Monday you will have time on your own during the day. This is the perfect time to visit downtown Nashville and check out their activities at www.browncounty.com/calendar. Another possibility is the Inn has an indior swimming pool. Also, I’m sure that there will be individuals wanting to play cards or games.

We will have an early dinner on Monday at a restaurant that the group decided upon (so bring your suggestions). Then we will return to the Inn Meeting Room for more cards and games.

On Tuesday morning we will meet for breakfast at the Inn Restaurant between 8:00-11:00AM, with checkout at Noon.

I would recommend you share a room; one of you pay for the reservation and the other pay for the 2nd night at checkout.

Queen Rooms are $106/night plus tax; King Rooms are $116/night plus tax.

I have reserved various kinds of rooms and if you send me a text, then I will send the list to you. Some rooms are handicapped accessible, and should you want a mini fridge or microwave, you can request it. There are coffee makers in each room, but they do not use pods.

You can make arrangements up to March 26th, then they will release the block of rooms.

If you would like to provide small items or goodies for our gift bags, I am hoping we have 20 in attendance. Get with me and we can go over details.
