Do others enjoy visiting grocery stores as much as I do? Walking, finding, and just looking at obscure foods, fresh foods, bakery, meat, fish, produce, cheese... every part of a grocery store, there's always something to discover, I guarantee there's things you've never seen before. A few years ago I conceived a MeetUp where people would meet at a grocery store, and just walk and talk the store together, share with each other their past experiences and/or future plans for anything sold in a supermarket. Now for the first time ever I'm sharing my concept and creating a MeetUp. Whether you enjoy talking and sharing, or simply desire to listen to others, if you think exploring almost every aisle of a grocery store would be fulfilling, well that's all this MeetUp is. For the first few "test" gatherings, I envision meeting near the entrance, setting a time limit in advance of maybe 30 minutes, and simply walking the store while sharing our thoughts and hopefully everyone discovering something they had never seen before, or maybe you’ll end up planning a meal or a dish you had never considering trying. Even if it's just an obscure frozen food you never knew existed or have never bought, I practically guarantee you'll discover one thing new to you.
