Nathan has lived in Indianapolis his entire life.

He wrote his first program as a first grader, attended Ball State University on a trumpet & academic scholarship, then graduated with a Computer Science degree.

His first “real” job was building web applications as a consultant, rising to practice lead of what grew to become a publicly-traded company.

Meanwhile, he co-founded “Mobile Knowledge”, which provided mobile applications and analytics to health care providers.

As travel demands increased and his family grew, he started a consultancy building solutions and digital products on Office 365 and Azure.

During this time, he started “Rattler Ridge Outfitters”, an extension of his love of the outdoors.

Then, Nathan decided to earn a master’s degree while taking on the role of Client Innovation Director for a cloud consulting firm in Carmel.
Today, Nathan is launching “What If” – a cloud innovation and security firm. He is also working with other area leaders to create innovative ideas, seek capital investments, and launch startups to realize them.

He is keenly interested in cloud modernization, AI/ML, innovation, and how it can change peoples’ lives for the better, sociologically and economically.

He has a huge array of interests including high-end turf management, trumpet, amateur radio, golf, karate, and more.

He loves serving his community through support of the arts, teaching, and mentorship, particularly on the east side of Indianapolis.
