Backpacking German Ridge in the Hoosier National Forest

Let's backpack part of the loop at German Ridge recreation area in the Hoosier National Forest. The total mileage for the weekend should be around 8.

I have not been to this area so the campsites shown on the map are tentative and subject to change. I am currently still working on a plan and will leave a comment when it is finalized.
There are a handful of videos on YouTube about the trail.
We will be passing water along the trail, but I cannot guarantee that there will be water at the campsite.
