Red River Gorge Backpacking Trip

Join in as we explore the Cliffy Wilderness area of the Red River Gorge looking for waterfalls, and all the beauty that is the gorge. We will start on the Osbourne Bend trail and then bushwhack through the wilderness. There might also be the opportunity to bushwhack to Copperas Falls and Sand Arch on the way out as well.

Notes:
-Overnight parking permit required for each vehicle.
-Well behaved dogs welcome.
-Meet at the concrete bridge trailhead.
-Hanging food or using a bear canister is required.
-Keep an eye on the weather and pack appropriately.
-Everyone is responsible for their own food and water.
-This trip is cross posted to the Ohio Valley Backpackers too, it is only necessary to RSVP on one.
