Sand QUADS Beginner/Intermediate Westfield

Recommend bringing a chair to use for breaks as well as a towel to clean off.

Sand courts are in a community of a member at Centennial Beach Volleyball Court in Westfield. The parking lot is directly in front of the court. There’s always plenty of spaces.

Beginner/Intermediate skill level.

1. A person has a general knowledge of each position's purpose and how it interacts with the other positions.
2. A person has the technical skill to perform each shot of these positions.
3. A person has the physicality to perform the above for hours of play with minimal downtime.
4. A person performs the above with drive and competitiveness to fight for each point.
5. Sand rules, no open hand touches except for setting.
