In our first meetup of 2012, we will look at individual websites' frontend performance and ways to improve. If you want a performance evaluation done on your public-facing site, bring your notepad and the URL, and we as a group will leave you with a list of specific changes to make!
We will be using freely-available tools like YSlow and webpagetest.org to help us make our recommendations.
