Welcome to Indy Wine...bringing wine lovers together since 2007!

Join our wine-loving community and explore tastings and events across the city - from educational sessions and winery tours to festivals, blind tastings, house parties, and happy hours! Everyone is welcome - novices, connoisseurs, couples, singles, and friends (21+). Many members say this is their favorite Meetup group! Enjoy a free 60 day trial, then membership is just $10 per year.

Membership requirements:

• Your profile must include clear, recent head-and-shoulders photo of just yourself (no hats or sunglasses) so we can recognize you at events. No picture, no membership.
• 21 years old or older
• Live in Indianapolis/Central Indiana area
• Answer a few profile questions

Your free 60-day trial allows you to attend as many events as you'd like before paying dues. If an event is full, join the waitlist - we'll try to get you in!

A few quick guidelines:

• Wine Focus: We drink wine at our events unless stated otherwise in the event description.
• Name Tags: We wear name tags (profile name) to help everyone connect.
• Event Details: Please read the full event description and check your calendar before signing up. Watch for special instructions.
• RSVP Etiquette: If you can’t attend, update your RSVP. Same-day cancellations count as no-shows. Members who frequently cancel may be moved to the waitlist so those with consistent attendance have the opportunity to attend.
• Guests: First-time guests are welcome—please include their name in the event comments so we can prepare a name tag. Afterwards, guests are encouraged to join and participate as a 60-day trial member, with the opportunity to become a full member ($10 annual dues).
  Out-of-town or one-time guests are always welcome; please be sure to include their name in the event comments as well. 
  Note that some events are reserved for members only.  
• Hosting: Members are encouraged to host events—more hosts, more fun!
• Common Sense Rules: 1) If you're not feeling well, stay home. 2) Respect the wine and drink responsibly. 3) Leave personal drama at the door.
• Membership: This is a private group. Membership is a privilege and may be revoked without warning for disrespectful behavior.
• Refunds: Dues are refunded if a member is removed within 3 months of payment. No refunds for forgetting to turn off renewal.
• Profile Updates: Keep your email updated to receive event announcements and group updates.

Membership dues help cover semi-annual Meetup fees, event supplies, venue expenses (igloos, firepits, park shelter, etc.), special event costs, complimentary wine or food at select events, and other surprises! Attend often to get the most value from your membership!
