A Warm Hug: Infertility + Pregnancy Loss Healing Workshop

Navigating pregnancy loss and infertility is an incredibly isolating experience. This free event will offer a safe space and warm environment to help guide you on your healing journey.

A Warm Hug aims to destigmatize the conversation surrounding infertility and pregnancy loss through various methods of support in a safe space.

Event Details + Things to Note:

• Artistic Expression - No art experience required! Participate in both a collaborative art activity and create your own piece of work (think letter writing and healing collage) to take home with you. If you’re comfortable, you’ll have the opportunity to share your creation to the group.
• Healing Meditation - Lauren Guss from San Diego Meditation will lead us through an enlightening meditation session.
• Dress in cozy attire! We will be seated on the floor during our meditation session. You are more than welcome to bring a throw blanket for extra comfort Refreshments and light snacks will be served.
• While this is a free event, donations are gladly accepted to offset the costs of supplies, space rental, vendors, etc.
