Dojo: TailwindCSS!

Are you a beginner, intermediate, or advanced TailwindCSS user, and eager to learn more!? Then this dojo is for you! Thursday September 15th, 15:00ish-17:00ish, at Infi Utrecht.

This dojo will be a bunch of Infi colleagues of all TailwindCSS levels alike together, ready to learn more. And you're all invited to join as well!

A dojo is a workshop where beginners and experts are mixed, and we all work together on a specific challenge. Our more experienced TailwindCSS users will also be learning alongside yourselves! Along the way we'll all learn more about Tailwind! (Alternatively you're also welcome to bring your own Tailwind-related (pet) project to work on.)

Schedule
You're welcome to DM us and claim a desk for after lunch if you'd like to work a bit from our offices. The Dojo itself starts at the end of the afternoon:

• 14:50 => start grouping up, have a soda
• 15:00 => kickoff! (choose your own break time)
• 16:40 => show & tell! what did we achieve/learn?
• 17:00 => official end, feel free to keep hacking some more
• 18:00ish => fin!

About the Dojo
Basically we'll focus on learning-by-doing. At the start of the dojo you can clone an existing setup we've created, and follow a structured challenge from beginning to end. You can deviate (or not) in whichever way feels best for you.

You bring:

• A laptop with your favorite code editor;
• Some (or a lot) basic knowledge about html and css;
• A willingness to learn;

We bring:

• Expertise in TailwindCSS, to help you along;
• A focused challenge to work on;
• Electricity, drinks, snacks, etc.

In the final 15-20 minutes of the dojo we'll do a little "Show & Tell" so those who want to can share what they've built and learned.

Dojos are a small-scale thing, there are limited spots. Please keep your RSVP tightly up to date, thanks!

Timing
The dojo will be held during typical office hours, from 15:00 - 17:00. We sometimes also have meetups outside office hours, but we're mixing things up, hoping this allows a broader audience to be able to attend one of our events as well.

Although the event officially ends at 17:00, for sure several of us will grab a soda or a beer afterwards and continue for another one or two hours. Or perhaps just chat about CSS frameworks... we'll see!

The dojo will be hosted at Infi Utrecht, close to Utrecht Central Station (12 min walk) and even closer to Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn (2 min walk). The address is:

Accessibility
Our office has elevators (and a wheelchair elevator for the first few steps) and is mostly quite accessible. If you have specific questions or concerns: let us know! We're happy to help.

Code of Conduct
Be nice and respectful to other attendees, and you should be totally fine! At the meetup you can always talk (in private if you'd like) to the main organizers if you have any concerns or questions. We also have our full CoC text online if you'd like to read through it.
