Start Your Weekend Strong!
Join our outdoor strength training group for a great start to the weekend.
We train every Saturday at 09:00, all year round, for an organized 50-minute full-body strength workout. Each session includes a proper warm-up and functional strength exercises inspired by military combative training, natural movement and calisthenics.
The currently selected training location is Sophus Bugges plass at Fargeborg, Oslo.
The exercises are adaptable for all fitness levels. We primarily use bodyweight exercises, with the option to bring a weight vest for an extra challenge.
