Infinite Movement & Stillness

Hi everyone!

Let's try a Monday evening meetup to start our week off right by moving mindfully.

By participating, all attendees agree to accept full responsibility for their wellbeing and release organizer(s) from this responsibility as well.
Please have a mat, water, comfortable clothing, socks available, one or two blankets, and a block/pillow to modify poses (for which a second blanket can also be used).

We will meet behind the school and garden along 84th Avenue south of Otis, in the shade of the trees.
