What we’re about
Infinite Movement is a gentle form of mindful or somatic yogic movement, breathing, and body-awareness that can help you release tension you hadn't realized you were holding. For Harmonious Environs, keep reading below.
All participants should always perform only movements and positions they feel completely safe freely choosing to perform and according to any doctor's advice; there are always modifications possible and the option to skip if there is any discomfort.
We will also do some gentle breathing - nothing should ever be forced by any participant
We will gather both online and in person, possibly at the same time, but for the latter, attendance will be limited by the space available.
Please have a mat, water, wear comfortable clothing, socks may be helpful to reduce friction when sliding feet for certain movements, and contact the organizer with any questions or concerns beforehand.
By participating, you agree to release the organizer from any responsibility for your wellbeing and accept full responsibility for yourself and your choices.
I am going to add a second mission to this group:
Bring Life, Health & Harmony back to your Environs!
How are your life, business, and creative pursuits going? Do you struggle to make decisions, progress, and find satisfaction? Have any of your choices not turned out the way you had hoped?
Get support and learn things you will not find anywhere else. In this technological age, we underestimate the value of sharing with and hearing ideas from real people.
You may not be able to please all of the people all of the time but you can increase the chances of achieving peace and harmony in the spaces where we spend time and do business.
We also often forget that progress must involve adjustments. Yet the things that will lead you to success can emerge as such small micro-movements to help things flow better that it might be compared to 'acupuncture' for our life, business, and environs.
In our trainings we will include exercises to see our business, life, and environs from different perspectives and discover ways to turn these from hostile places to sanctuaries. Believe it or not, there is a connection between somatic movement and biogeometry in regulating our frazzled systems.
Your organizer, Amy, is founder of Peregrine Alchemy. She has completed advanced training in Biogeometry, which is a system that increases the health of environments both indoors and out with relatively small changes. She also has a bachelor of science in Landscape Architecture from Colorado State University and.a graduate certificate in Geographic Information Systems with a focus in Environmental Planning from the University of Denver. Finally, she is a certified urban planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners. Recently she additionally obtained certifications with QBO as an Advanced Accounting ProAdvisor and Payroll too.
Most of us do not realize the impact technology has on us today, yet more of us struggle with mysterious health issues and troubles like anxiety than ever. Many do not realize how sensitive we are to Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), especially our nervous systems.
Using biogeometry in design offers us one of the only ways to ensure effective mitigation of the bad impacts of technology and other detrimental events and influences in our lives and the lives of everything around us.
Biogemetrical design can show us the way to thriving business, happy lives, and flourishing gardens as nothing else can.
