For many people, Worry is a "normal" part of every day! Most of us don't recognize how harmful the stress of worry is... It increases Cortisol in our system which can cause weight gain, high blood pressure as well as anxiety and depression. Just from worrying!
Most people who are chronic worriers, have no idea how to stop worrying. In fact, some believe that worry is necessary and important to be safe - to anticipate all the things that might go wrong and have contingency plans!
This may sound valid, but studies have shown the opposite. In this month's Intuitive Gathering we will explore:
- Where our worry comes from.
- What can we do instead of worrying.
- How to become more relaxed about uncertainty.
- How to enjoy life rather than try and survive life!
