Looking to grow as a writer? The Inky Loons is a fortnightly gathering of writers dedicated to the craft of storytelling. Whether writing a novel, short story, memoir, or poetry, you’ll find camaraderie here.
We meet every other Wednesday evening in Minneapolis to write, share, and sharpen our craft.
What to Expect:
- 6:30–6:45 PM: Intros & chit-chat
- 6:45–7:15 PM: Prompts & writerly games
- 7:15–8:30 PM: Story workshopping and feedback
This group is fiction-focused but welcomes creative nonfiction and poetry that leans into narrative. First-timers are always welcome—there is no pressure to read or critique until you're ready.
