Dr. Susan Newman (CEO, Integrated Lipid Biofuels)Susan Newman received her PhD from the University of Idaho in Physiology. She started out as a clinical assistant professor where she felt like a fraud having just graduated and now entrusted with developing the minds of college students at WSU. This is where Dr. Newman started her entrepreneurial career. Susan is now a driven executive with 20 years of leading industry expertise in scaling new businesses on a global level. Dr. Newman embraces human centered design and serves as a Stanford University design thinking coach and speaker at the world-famous d.school in Palo Alto, CA. Susan is passionate and skilled in innovation, leadership, culture, and helping clients get lovable products to market quickly and get them right the first time. Susan is the CEO of Integrated Lipid Biofuels with a mission to contribute to the growing bioeconomy through developing innovative technologies and sustainable solutions for efficient utilization of renewable resources. ILB creates impact through novel production of bioplastics, biofuels, and biomanufacturing.

Jim Morrisroe (CEO, 15Five)Jim Morrisroe, CEO of 15Five, a performance management platform dedicated to facilitating business and employee success, boasts over 25 years of experience in spearheading growth in both software and hardware industries.
