**Come and join us for a social walk around Walsall Arboretum**

We will be walking at a gentle pace and will take approximately 1hr - 1hr 30 (approx 5km) depending on group need

All ages and backgrounds are welcome.

An opportunity to network, develop friendships, and become part of a community with other like minded people.

**When & where?**

Third Sunday of the month

**Meet time:** 10:30am

**START time:** 10:30am prompt. Please arrive 5/10 mins early.

**Location:** Walsall Arboretum Visitor Centre/Cafe in the park

We'll meet INSIDE, just past the brown picnic benches of the Visitor centre

If you're running late and we've left the café, we'll be started by doing a clockwise and heading towards the children's play area.

Toilets are available at the Visitor Centre

**What to bring?**

Please wear clothes and footwear appropriate for the weather/ outdoor walking.

You may want to bring a drink and some snacks to eat.

**About the organiser**
innaCHANGE is a Community Interest Company, mostly serving Walsall and surrounding areas with face to face wellbeing events and workshops, with some natipnal online events.

We're here to support people to Live Life Living, through providing mental health education and some basic brain science to consider ways to reduce stress and create more balance in body, mind and daily life.
