Community Walk & Cafe Social
(2nd, 3rd & 4th Sundays of each month)

Come and join our innaCHANGE community, for a relaxed wellbeing walk people who value their health, and want time to re-connect - with themselves and others.

We'll be walking a gentle pace around the beautiful Walsall Arboretum park (approx 4-5km), followed by an optional cafe social ☕- feel free stay or head home when it suits you

All ages (over 18) and backgrounds welcome

🌿 What to expect
-A steady, social walk (approx. 4–5km)
-Conversation or quiet walking — your choice
-Fresh air and beautiful surroundings
-A space to slow down and feel more like yourself
Optional café social afterwards ☕

The walk is hosted by a qualified health coach who holds a welcoming, relaxed space.

⏰ When
Sundays: 2nd, 3rd & 4th Sunday of each month
Meet time: 10:30am
Walk start time: 10:45am
• Walk & Cafe social generally finished by: 12:15 - 12:30pm

📍 Where
Walsall Arboretum
We meet INSIDE the Visitor Centre / Café in the Park, typically near the side entrance

FREE street parking close by (Use post code: WS1 2QH)
Arboretum Car park is FREE, although about a 15-20 min walk away from the cafe

👟 What to bring
Comfortable outdoor clothing, suitable footwear for the weather, and a drink or snack if you’d like.

innaCHANGE is a registered community interest company that brings people together to live in a calmer, more connected and meaningful way — through simple meditation, movement, and practical workshops that people can take into everyday life.
