Join us for a refreshing mindful jogging session along the beautiful Rhine, designed for beginners to intermediate runners.

This is not about speed or competition – it is about connecting with your body, your breath, and the joy of movement. We will jog at a comfortable, adaptable pace and take playful breaks to explore simple body-awareness exercises. Using our surroundings – like stairs, benches, and open spaces – we will add fun movements that help you discover your body’s strength, balance, and coordination.
