As we head towards the end of the year, life seems to get busier and busier. The deadlines, commitments, year-end functions and endless to-do lists can leave us feeling exhausted before the festive season even begins!
So, before the end-of-year rush takes over, why not give yourself a morning to slow down, breathe and recharge?
🌸 Join Elmarie and me for a sensory experience combining the benefits of doTERRA essential oils with the calming, creative practice of Zendoodling.
🌿 Essential oils engage our sense of smell, which is closely connected to the parts of the brain involved in emotion and memory. Certain aromas can encourage relaxation, lift our mood and help us create moments of calm throughout our day.
🎨 Zendoodling uses simple, repetitive patterns to help quieten a busy mind, encourage focus and bring us back into the present moment. It's a wonderful way to take a break from overthinking, release some of the day's tension and reconnect with yourself through creativity.
Together, we'll explore how scent, creativity and mindful awareness can become simple, practical tools to help us navigate the demands of everyday life.
