• Flight (avoidance): overconsuming, overworking, overthinking, attention-seeking, etc.
• Freeze (shutdown): procrastination, indecision, withdrawal, fatigue, numbness, etc.
• Fawn (submission): overagreeing, overhelping, overflattering, overapologising, etc.
2. Dysregulation awareness leads to openness
• Humility: seeing dysregulation in ourselves
