Step into a day of renewal, magic, and elemental alignment at the Inner AlcheME Day Retreat, a sacred gathering devoted to receiving and embracing the abundant energies of the Spring Equinox. Held at the serene and peaceful Sky Pond, this experience is designed to help you attune to Earth’s natural rhythms and open your heart to the gifts of the season.

The retreat will weave together themes of receiving (in fall release) and elemental wisdom, guiding you through practices that honor life, growth, and inner awakening.

This enchanting journey includes:

• Journaling Exercises: Tap into your inner wisdom through guided journaling sessions to help you reflect on your goals, dreams, and intentions, creating a powerful space for manifestation and self-discovery.
• Meditation Practices: Experience internal connection with your higher self with guided meditations. These will help you connect with your inner light, release any blocks, and open yourself to receiving the abundance and joy of the Equinox.
• Intention Setting: We will set powerful intentions together, using the magic of the Equinox to manifest our desires. These focused intention-setting exercises help transform our inner energies, paving the way for manifestation.
• Nature Walk and Seasonal Crafts: Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature with activities outdoors and indoors. These activities will honor the sacred land we are on, and deepen your connection to the natural world.
• Soul Circle Sharing: Engage in heartfelt conversations with other souls. Our Soul Circle provides a safe and supportive space to share your experiences, insights, and intentions.

In this day retreat, we practice Alchemy, a process of transmuting the dark parts of ourselves into light, transforming our Moon into the Sun, our pain into love, and our struggles into passion, so we can regain our sovereignty. This event is open to both men and woman.
