In my mindful art classes, we’ll take things slow and enjoy the simple joy of creating – like curling up with a warm cup of coffee in a cozy space. No need to be "good" at art – just come as you are! As a qualified and experienced art therapist, I guide you through the process of letting go of stress, quieting the mind, and tapping into your inner creativity. As we explore different materials and techniques, you’ll find a peaceful space to express yourself and relax. By the end of the session, you’ll feel grounded, inspired, and more in tune with yourself.
To keep the atmosphere intimate and personal I offer small group sizes.
