Welcome to this self-healers group. I’m a multilingual certified Trauma-Informed Somatic & Nervous System Regulation Coach based in Frankfurt. You can find more about me at www.zusolares.com

I organise gatherings, in-person & online workshops and retreats in English & Spanish. Through heart-centred sessions (sometimes free, others paid), together with other coaches, I teach simple practices that help us end the stress-exhaustion loop. So you can start feeling grounded and connected to yourself - which will help you live a life with intention from a place of tranquility and self-love.

We explore different aspects of the nervous system in each session. From understanding our unique stress responses to ways of releasing stored emotions.
