Join us - beginners and experienced meditators are welcome!
Research has shown that coming together to meditate has a profound effect on our personal health as well as our community.
Sarah Karnes will be our guide, she is a certified Life Changes Coach for 25 years with The Way of the Heart. She has helped thousands to transform limiting beliefs and attitudes so they can revel in who they are becoming. Her approach includes practical tools, meditation, and a spark of joy. Almost always the 4th Monday, 6:30-7:30pm. Dress for the barn (and the weather:) Come early to make a cup of tea.
