Shifting from Pressure to Presence: A Guided Reframe Exercise Toward Relaxed Productivity
Feeling overwhelmed by pressure, deadlines, or expectations? Join us for a powerful guest speaker session that will help you reconnect with calm, clarity, and inner strength.
In this interactive hour, Alison Miller, PhD will guide us through a reflective reframe exercise that supports relaxed productivity — a way to get things done from a grounded and intentional place rather than from burnout or hustle. Through insight, simple tools, and open conversation, you’ll learn how to shift from pressure to presence in your day-to-day life, one conscious moment at a time.
Whether you're navigating school, work, parenting, or personal growth, this session will leave you feeling more centered, capable, and empowered.
