About us

There are moments in life when the old ways no longer fit —
yet the next chapter isn’t fully clear yet.

You might be changing careers, re-thinking a relationship, stepping into a new role, or questioning who you are becoming. From the outside, things may look “fine”. Inside, something is shifting.

Inner Compass is a space for professionals and curious adults who are navigating these in-between spaces — and want a place to pause, reflect, and listen more closely to what’s being asked of them.

🌿 What this space is

Inner Compass is a guided, reflective circle where we explore change from the inside out.

Together, we:

  • make sense of transitions in work, life, relationships, and identity
  • explore uncertainty without pressure to “figure it out”
  • reconnect with inner direction, values, and self-leadership
  • reflect with others who are curious, and navigating change themselves

Each gathering is gently facilitated and designed to feel safe, open, and human — not performative, not rushed, not overwhelming.

🌿 What this space is not

This is not:

  • therapy
  • a networking event
  • a motivational talk
  • a place where you need to share or perform

You’re always welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you — listening is as valid as speaking.

🌿 Who this Group is for

This space tends to resonate with people who:

  • are in transition or at a turning point
  • value curiosity, reflection, depth, and self-leadership
  • are curious about who they are becoming
  • want deeper conversations beyond small talk or productivity talk
  • live full lives (work, family, responsibilities) and appreciate spacious, respectful rhythms

You don’t need to be “ready” or “clear” to join.
The openness and curiosity to explore what's next bring us here together.

🌿 How we meet

Inner Compass meets:

  • Online (bi-weekly), welcoming an international community
  • In person in Amsterdam and London (monthly)

All events are designed to respect real life — including work schedules, family life, and energy levels. Arriving a little late or leaving on time is always okay.

🌿 A note on facilitation

The group is facilitated by an ICF-certified, professional coach with a background in leadership, cross-cultural work, and change. The role of the facilitator is not to give answers, but to hold the space, ask thoughtful questions, and guide reflection.

If you’re in a season of change, uncertainty, or quiet re-orientation, you’re very welcome here.

You don’t need to know where you’re going yet.
Simply the openness to listen to your inner compass.
