What we’re about
Inner Compass is an inclusive community for men and women dedicated to healing and improving their lives by simply becoming more conscious of it. This is essential for the times we are living in and those that are emerging.
During events you can expect to develop yourself in all aspects, in your mind, in your body and physiology (nervous system regulation), emotionally and in your spirit. Inspired by the medicine wheel, each week there will be practices to meet yourself on all dimensions: the East: mental/mind, the South: physical/body, the West: emotional/emotions and the North: spiritual/spirit.
As humans we need connection with others to live and grow, which is just one reason why the past few years have been so challenging. Inner Compass provides a safe place of learning and connection, so you can be your own medicine!
This group is for anyone looking to grow in community and for anyone looking to gain peace and greater consciousness for the new times emerging.

From Chaos to Order - Support for Transitioning Times (Brussels)
La Filière, Rue du Doyenné, 40 Brussels 1180 , Brussels, BEJoin me for this special themed workshop on the subject moving from Chaos to Order. We will explore the subject from many angles and with a variety of activities. Using the Wheel of the Four Directions, a variation of the traditional Medicine Wheel, as our basis for many exercises. This workshop will include resources for how to live best during times of transition, including nervous system regulation exercises, working with the labyrinth and collective rituals & constellations.
As the collective experience continues to move quickly and unpredictably, this has a tremendous affect on our inner worlds and nervous systems. *Explore the subject of moving from chaos to order, from your personal experience to the bigger collective experience.
*Learn and practice nervous system regulation tools to support you in times of transition.
*Meet and explore the labyrinth as a tool for self connection and discovery.
*Work together collectively to bring light to the world considering the current challenges we are facing.Who is this workshop for?
