There are moments when the mind feels full, the body holds tension, and emotions remain unspoken beneath the surface. Often, we try to understand or solve these states through thinking, yet sometimes what is truly needed is to reconnect with the most natural tool we have: the breath.

Breathwork is a simple yet powerful practice that allows us to release accumulated tension, bring awareness back into the body, and create space for clarity and presence. Through conscious breathing, we can gently access deeper layers of our experience without forcing anything, simply allowing what is ready to move to unfold.
In this free online session, we will guide a breathwork journey designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and experience a deeper state of awareness and relaxation.
This is an accessible practice suitable both for people who are new to breathwork and for those who already have experience and wish to deepen their connection with this powerful tool.

The session will include:
* A short introduction to conscious breathing
* A guided breathwork practice
* A moment for integration and sharing

You only need a quiet space, comfortable clothes, and a place where you can lie down and relax. For this morning practice, it is preferable to have an empty stomach.
