Join certified neurotransformational coach | identity coach Rachel for a different kind of hike – one that moves your body… and unlocks your heart.

This isn’t just about miles or pace. It’s about connection: Connection to yourself, to others, to nature, and to something deeper that often gets lost in the noise of daily life.

Each hike is centered around a thoughtful, intentional topic – something to reflect on, explore, and experience from within.

For this hike:
We are meeting at the Powers Island Parking lot close to the trail entrance. You will need to pay a $5 parking fee unless you have the Chattahoochee River National Recreation annual pass. Look for a white board that says "the HEART walk".

How it Works
Before you arrive...
Click here to join our GroupMe for any instant updates or ask any questions.

Please note:

  1. Please RSVP on GroupMe.
  2. I will also host more impromptu hikes on GroupMe directly, so feel free to join the group whether you can make this hike or not.

Step 1: Arrive & ground
We begin by gathering as a group. I will introduce the topic of the hike. It could be a question, a reflection, or a perspective to explore. You’ll have a moment to arrive, settle in, and set your intention for the hike. You are welcome to share it with the group, or simply take it as an open invitation to reflect, explore, and stay curious.

Step 2: Reflective hike
From there, we begin the hike. You’re free to move at your own pace:

  • Walk alongside others and engage in meaningful conversation around the topic
  • Drift between groups as different conversations call to you
  • Or take a solo, reflective hike in silence (in this case, I recommend using earbuds to signal others that you prefer not to engage in conversation.)

There’s no structure once we begin, just space.

Step 3: Complete & integrate
By the end, you may find that something has shifted. A new perspective. A sense of clarity. A deeper connection. Or simply a quiet, grounded presence.

About the H.E.A.R.T. Walk
This is not a typical social hike or networking event. And it’s not about keeping up, performing, or filling silence.

Think of each hike as a walking meditation…
a space where silence is welcomed, not avoided;
a space where you’re free to be fully yourself, whether that’s expressive or introspective;
a space where you can:
Heal, Embody, Awaken, Reconnect, and Transform.

You don’t have to have the answers, just a willingness to explore.

If you’re looking for loud, fast-paced, or purely fitness-driven hikes, this may not be the right fit.

But if you’re craving depth, presence, and meaningful connection, you’ll feel at home here.

What to Expect

  • Hikes typically range from 2.5-5 miles, and you can hike at your own pace
  • Bring water, proper footwear, and anything you need to feel comfortable
  • While all are welcome, a basic level of physical readiness for the chosen trail is recommended

Note from rachel
I’ve spent a lot of time hiking solo, so no matter how many people RSVP, I’ll be there and the hike will take place, unless canceled due to weather or unexpected circumstances. So you’re always welcome to join, even if it’s just a small group. :)
