Isha Hatha Yoga for Children offers an introduction to Yoga through simple life-transforming practices. These include:
Upa Yoga: Activates the joints, muscles and energy system
AUMkar Meditation: Enhances focus, memory and mind-body coordination
Nadi Shuddhi: Balances and purifies the system
The practices are an effective preventative for obesity, asthma, sinusitis and other chronic ailments. The program is designed by Sadhguru and conducted by a highly trained instructor.
Program Guidelines & session information:
Please ensure your child is on an empty stomach condition before the session starts. This means a required minimum gap of:

  • 2.5 hours after a full meal
  • 1.5 hour after a snack
  • 1 hour after beverage
  • No restriction on water

Registration

  • Program is open to age 7-13.
  • This form must be filled out by the Parent / Legal Guardian of the minor Participant.
